Payment

Growing Up Goddess accepts credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal as payments.

Please be aware that after 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted. I will do what I can to accommodate your requests but there is no guarantee that your order will be cancelled after 24 hours.

Cancellations will not be completed during any sale.

Digital download sales are final and therefore will not be cancelled.

 

Shipping

Shipping prices can be found here. Requests for free or discounted shipping will be denied.

Please allow for up to three weeks of processing before shipping. All physical products are handmade to order to accommodate any customization or requests you may have.

Please do not send messages regarding when your order will ship. These messages take valuable time away from processing orders & hand-crafting your notebooks and planners!

If you have concerns regarding when your order will arrive, please message me and we will work it out to make sure you get what you need, when you need it. HOWEVER, I cannot guarantee any ship date other than the one listed on your receipt.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

Your order will be shipped to the address entered during checkout. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order.

Insurance is not included for packages shipped via First Class Mail. If you would like insurance, please upgrade to Priority Mail. Growing Up Goddess is not responsible for loss or damage caused during shipping (i.e., after it is dropped off at my local post office). Please upgrade to Priority Mail shipping if you would like insurance on your order; that way, in the event of loss or damage, you can file a claim with USPS and receive reimbursement in the event of loss or damage.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US: Customer is responsible for all import fees, custom fees, VAT, and any other fees related to international shipping. Packages will not be marked as "gifts" to avoid these fees. Refused packages will NOT be refunded.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

All digital download sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, absolutely no refunds will be given for purchases of digital downloads -- no exceptions.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work to make sure you get exactly what you want.

Refunds will not be issued except in the case of a damaged or faulty product. All items are custom-made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom orders of any sort will NOT be refunded unless you receive a damaged or faulty product.

Requests for refunds must be submitted via email within 14 days of delivery by the postal service. Requests made after 14 days will be denied without review.

 

Custom Orders

If you would like a custom design, you must place your order and complete payment in order to receive previews of your design. Communication will be very open and there are no limits on revisions before the final product is sent. If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact me to make further changes (at customer's expense). Custom orders of any sort will NOT be refunded unless you receive a damaged or faulty product.

Custom orders are priced on an individual basis. Most prices have a base cost of a similar item in my shop + a custom order fee.

Coupon codes may not be used on custom orders. If you purchase a custom order using a coupon code, your order will be cancelled and you will be asked to re-purchase without using the coupon code.

Custom Orders are not always available. You may request a custom orders on the custom order page when they are open.
